Tues 18 - 20 min treamill intervals, 15 min elliptical
Wed 19 - 10 min elliptical, 20 min strength

10th - 16th Jan 2011 
Mon 10 - 10 min elliptical, 15 min treadmill intervals
Tues 11 - 10 min stairmaster, 20 min abs & arms
Wed 12 - 10 min bike intervals, 15 min treadmill varied inclines
Thurs 13 - 10 min elliptical, 15 min abs & arms, 5 min bike
Fri 14 - 20 min elliptical, 10 min stairmaster
Sat 15 - Off
Sun 16 - Intensive cleaning & vacuuming session :P


3rd -  9th Jan 2011
Mon 3 - 30 min jog outside
Tues 4 - 30 min jog outside
Wed 5 - Off
Thurs 6 - 10 min elliptical, 30 min dumbells, 15 min treadmill
Fri 7 - Does sightseeing count? :D
Sat 8 - Ditto
Sun 9 - 10 min stairmaster, 20 min dumbells, 20 min treadmill hill walk
