Googy Eggs

Started my day today with an awesome workout :)

10 mins elliptical
30 mins strength training with 5kg dumbells
15 mins treadmill

Felt SO energized after!
I was in the mood for eggs so I made a detour to the shop and bought some


I feasted on egg & egg white, 2 slices of wholemeal toast and grilled tomatoes.
Yummyyyyy!


My granny calls eggs with runny yolks googy eggs :) Now I can't call them anything else!

I'm off to London, see ya laterrrr!

    Yum-nothing compares to a good egg and toast combo bfast...reminds me of the mornings when I was a kid! You miss your rents cooking when ya grow up!

    Love eggs and toast for breakfast. That's one of my favorite breakfasts, with some bacon of course.
