French Toast Addict

Morning! This morning my mum woke me up to colour her hair. When I lived at home she would get me to do it between getting her proffessional colour done, every 6 weeks or so. Since I've been at uni she had to get my sister to do it, but her skills just aren't as good as mine so she jumped at the chance to have me do it once again :P

After doing my duty, I made French Toast for the French Toast addict, LittleSister#3. We had no bananas (sacrilege!) so she had to make do with just nutella in hers again...not that she was complaining! I also put cocoa powder in the batter, and drizzled maple syrup over the finished product :)

Add filling of choice

Coat in mixture of egg, splash of milk and cocoa powder (or cinnamon :P)

Cook it on up

Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup - never disappoints!

I then made myself a bowl of porridge using 1/4c porridge oats, 1/4c muesli and 3/4c soy milk

 Of course I sprinkled it with plenty of cinnamon :)

I use the same bowl for my porridge as Tina from CarrotsNCake - random fact ;)
I'm heading into town now for a bit of retail therapy with a friend before meeting the fam for dinner at an Indian restaurant later.
It's gonna be a good day!
